Mexican Corn Soup

This soup has a good blend of flavors with a nice spice level to warm you up. Ingredients: 1 –12-16 ounce package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed 2 – Cups chicken broth 2 – Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 – 4-1/2 ounce can diced green chili peppers 1 – clove garlic, minced 1 – Tablespoon snipped fresh oregano or l tsp. dried oregano, crushed 1/4 – tsp. salt 1/4 – tsp. ground black pepper 1 – cup milk 2 – cups chopped, cooked chicken 1 – cup chopped fresh tomatoes (You can substitute canned chopped tomatoes) 1 – cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese or Mexican blend cheese cilantro as garnish, optional tortilla strips, optional Method: In a blender container combine half...
