Weekly Dinner Menu

Let’s get cooking people!! Tomorrow kicks off my first ever challenge on my fitness app! It’s my 30-day Healthy Habits Challenge which includes 5 daily habits and 2 weekly habits. The habits include eating 5 different kinds of vegetables per day, drinking 100oz of water, eating 100g of protein, getting in 5,000+ steps, and doing 5 minutes of mindfulness each day. AND completing 5 PaleOMG workouts from my app and 10 push ups 5x/week! I’m hoping this week’s weekly dinner menu not only inspires you, but inspires some of my challenge participants!
