Ingredients 1lb Jennie-O Chorizo Seasonings Turkey Sausage 1 can mild Rotel 1 cup reduced fat Fiesta or Mexican shredded cheese 5-6 corn tortillas 1 medium size onion 2 red bell peppers 1tsp cumin 1tsp minced garlic 1 fresh lime (or 2Tbsp of lime juice) Directions Preheat oven to 375.
