Dance collective teaches moves to UC Riverside students

The Primera Generación Dance Collective Artistic Residency has come to UC Riverside for a second year. The dance group, whose residency began Monday, Feb. 13, and ends Saturday, Feb. 18, was formed by first-generation Mexican American artists who are UCR alumni. It focuses on “generating works that speak to their brown, working-class experiences,” according to the residency’s event webpage.
