Sci-Fi Movie Actors That Took Things Too Far

The tonal diversity within the science fiction genre is what has allowed it to stand the test of time. The term "sci-fi" is a broad one. You may first think of space adventures like the "Star Wars," "Star Trek," "Alien," or "Battlestar Galactica" franchises. However, there's also a subsection of sci-fi movies that are slower and more romantic such as "Her," "About Time," and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." You can find sci-fi fantasy films, sci-fi Westerns, sci-fi comedies, and even sci-fi musicals. The genre itself encourages experimentation, particularly from actors who choose to add their own perspectives to a film. We’re Going on a Bear Hunt | Book Activities and Craftivity for Kindergarten and First Grade

WE'RE GOING ON A BEAR HUNTWe're Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen is a classic book and a favorite story in Kindergarten and First Grade classrooms! We're Going on a Bear Hunt is a great book to teach story sequence. Students love following the characters as they face different challenges on their hunt for a bear!  The book is also great for experiencing words that make sounds- when the characters wade through the mud they squelch squerch, when they cross a river they splash splosh, and when they walk through...

Why Do Men Procrastinate

Why do men procrastinate? It’s a question that has baffled women for centuries. Some say it’s because they’re lazy. Others say it’s because they’re afraid of failure. But the real reason is much more complicated than that. The truth is, men procrastinate because they’re wired differently than women. Women are more likely to be “doers” while men are more likely to be “thinkers.” That’s why men are more likely to put off tasks that require them to take action. So why do men procrastinate? It’s because they’re trying to avoid the feeling of failure. When a man doesn’t complete a task, he feels like he’s let himself down. And that’s a feeling that no man wants to experience. So the...
