Oh Sunday how I love you. Hey TKW family! Do you have a favorite day of the week? If I had to choose, Id probably go with Sunday as my favorite day. I get to wake up whenever I want and my fridge is stocked with leftovers from the week. I can whip up one of the best frittatas with those leftovers or even have cold pizza for breakfast. FYI.. cold pizza for breakfast ROCKS! My errands and chores around the house are done and I kind of have an off day.

Well okay, I dont really ever have an off day as running TKW is a non-stop thing but honestly, its not a job. Not when you love it so much that you look forward to working on it. Whether its creating new recipes, editing photos or spending time on social media with you all I absolutely LOVE IT!.

Updating Posts for easier reading

Ive been working on updating older posts to make them more easy to follow as well as breaking it out into sections. Not only does this help on the backend from an SEO perspective but honestly, it helps you guys when you read a recipe. Youll still get me and my stories thats honestly what keeps it real and authentic. But also Ill delve into why use a certain cut of meat or why you should sear your meat to even recipe substitutions.

Take a look at my New Years Eve Pork and Sauerkraut recipe for example. In there not only do you get the story about my Mom and her NYE superstitions but also why I add the onions, apples and brown sugar to the recipe. I explain to you why I use the cut of meat I use and what to do if dont want to add the sugar.

Id love for you to check out that post and let me know your thoughts on the layout of it. I took it to Facebook and everyone LOVED it so Im hoping you do too!

Also, check out this completely updated Egg Substitution post too with a new graphic as well!Whether you're egg-free by choice or by allergy, here's a trusty Egg Substitution guide for baking and cooking
