Directions for how to make these breakfast sliders Hawaiian rolls
We're crazy about breakfast ideas that involve Hawaiian rolls! Our simple recipe for Hawaiian roll breakfast sliders is a breeze to make.
You are going to begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
Cook your bacon or use pre-cooked bacon. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half (if not already) and place the bottom of the buns into a small baking dish.
Top each bun with half a slice of American or slices cheddar cheese. I cut the cheese in quarters and placed 2 pieces on the bottom of each bun.
Slice the bacon into smaller pieces. I sliced mine into thirds so that they fit onto the Hawaiian rolls better. Place two slices of bacon onto each bun.
In a small skillet, whisk together your eggs and the milk. Season your scrambled eggs with salt and pepper.
Cook your eggs over medium heat, stirring them frequently until they are cooked, but not completely cooked. You want the eggs to hold together slightly but not be too runny.
Now spread the scrambled eggs evenly on top of the slices of bacon.
Place the tops of the Hawaiian rolls onto the sliders. Use a pastry brush to spread melted butter on the top of the buns and sprinkle them generously with sesame seeds.
Bake your Hawaiian breakfast sliders for 10-15 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately.
This Hawaiian roll breakfast sliders with Hawaiian rolls recipe makes 6 sliders.
