Guacamole


Guacamole is a delicious and versatile dip that is made with avocados, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. It is a popular Mexican dish that is often served with tortilla chips or vegetables. Guacamole is also a good source of vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  6. Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips or vegetables.

Tips:

  • For a smoother guacamole, use a food processor or blender to mash the avocados.
  • If you don’t have cilantro, you can use any type of herb that you like.
  • Serve the guacamole immediately for the best flavor.
  • Guacamole can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
