GRILLED VEGETABLE SOPES

1 pumpkin sliced

2 cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper sliced

1 cup of mushroom filleted

enough of oregano

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

4 nopales

1 1/2 cups of refried beans

1 red pepper julienne cut

1/4 of onion cut in julienne

enough of cherry tomato to decorate

Preparation
Heat a grill and sprinkle oil on it, then place the mushrooms, pumpkins and peppers; Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper; Cook for 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.
Grill the nopales for 5 minutes; Remove and reserve.
To assemble the sopes, place the nopales as a base, spread refried beans and grilled vegetables. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, onion, pepper and some oregano.
