Cake Mix Tres Leches Cake

1 box white cake mix
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 c whipping cream
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces(1 can) evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.

Combine cake ingredients and mix with a hand held mixer for about 2 minutes. Pour into prepared 9x13 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes.
While the cake is cooling, combine the milk mixture and whisk.
Once the cake has cooled, poke holes about a 1/2 inch apart in the top of the cake with skewer, or fork or handle of a spoon. Pour the milk mixture evenly over the top of the cake. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably longer.
Top with whipped topping and fresh berries. Serve or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
