I wanted to jump start this blog with simple and easy recipes anyone can make. Recipes that are full of flavor and healthier too. If you are just starting out or are a seasoned veggie cook, these recipes are for everyone. All of the recipes range from vegan to vegetarian, plant-based, and all meatless.

Substitution Note: Look at the ingredients of the recipes. If you need to substitute things like dairy- try alternates made of oats, soy, almonds, coconut for items like milk, cheese,yogurt, and ice cream. For meat substitutes try whole foods like tofu, mushrooms, beans, or plant based meats.
